Some parts of the favor are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription (s)”). You’ll be billed in progress on a recreating and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles will be set depending on the type of subscription plan you elect when copping a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing circle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the accurate same conditions unless you cancel it or UniQbd cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account operation runner or by reachingSupport@uniqbd.com client support platoon.
A valid payment system is needed to reuse the payment for your subscription. You shall give UniQbd with accurate and complete billing information that may include but isn’t limited to full name, address, state, postal or zip law, telephone number, and valid payment system information. By submitting similar payment data, you automatically authorize UniQbd to charge all Subscription charges incurred through your account to any similar payment devices.
Should automatic billing fail to be for any reason, UniQbd reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect.
UniQbd may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”).
You may be required to fill up your correct billing data in order to sign up for a Free Trial.
If you do enter your billing information when signing up for Free Trial, you will not be charged by UniQbd until Free Trial has expired.
On the finished day of the Free Trial period, unless you canceled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected we provide a free trial for real buyers only.
At any time and without notice, UniQbd reserves the right to (i) modify Terms of Service of Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.
Note any Subscription charges change will be effective at the ending of the also-current Billing Cycle.
UniQbd will give you with reasonable previous notice of any change in Subscription freights to give you an occasion to terminate your Subscription before similar change becomes effective.
Your continued use of favor after the Subscription charge change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription charge quantity.
We issue refunds for Contracts within 30 days of the original purchase of the Contract.
The content plant on or through this Service is the property of UniQbd or used with authorization. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, exercise, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for marketable purposes or for particular gain, without express advance written authorization from us.
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
The Service is intended for access and use only by persons progressed at least eighteen (18) times. By penetrating or using the Services, you warrant and represent that you’re at least eighteen (18) times of age and with full authority, rights and powers to enter into this Agreement and to misbehave with all terms and conditions. Without limiting the aforesaid matters, the Company or any person affiliated with the Company does not represent or warrant the Services, their content, or any Services or Items received, refrained from receiving, received

The Company hereby disclaims all guarantees of any kind, whether express or inferred, statutory or else, including but not limited to any guarantees of merchantability.
The aforesaid does not affect any warranty which may not be waived or limited under applicable law.
